Life During COVID: Creativity and Social Distancing

Nature and urban environments inspire me. Due to COVID’s social distancing measures, I now realize that my family, friends and acquaintances also inspire my ideas and art through conversation and shared experiences. That’s an interesting revelation as I’ve always seen myself as independent and self reliant. Even though COVID allows me more time for art, I am not always feeling as motivated to paint. For me there is only one way to fix this, jump right back in and start painting. If you are reading this blog, maybe my art will connect with you on a personal level.

How has COVID affected you? I hope you find creative ideas, solutions and a chance to see the beauty around you to help you through these most unusual times.
